*The following Terms Apply to all Rentals:
- Minimum days rental, shown above (exceptions negotiable). Unique
Terms for units 16, 18 & 20 also apply (explained on Features & Photos page).
- All rooms are non-Smoking. We are a smoke-free facility (i.e. no smoking is permitted anywhere on our premises).
- No Pets Allowed on Premises.
- Most rates are based on two-person occupancy. Three bedroom units are based on six-person occupancy.
- $8 per day for each additional person over the age of 5.
- A 25% deposit is required when making your reservation.
- Payment in full is due at check-in or the next business day after your arrival.
- Cleaning and Housekeeping fees are included. [Fresh towels are provided if your stay is longer than three days and fresh linens are provided if your stay is more than one week.]
- Utilities (water & electricity), free Wi-Fi access, and use of lobby computer + printer are also included.
- Phone numbers for all apartments are listed in our Welcome Letter [Unlimited calls within US & Canada from all units].
- Cancellation Privilege
for Deposit Refund - Prior to October 1 for winter-rate rentals - 30 days for all other rentals.
Refunds for cancellations after the above periods, with special exceptions
, will be given only if the apartment is re-rented.
- If anyone requests a change of apartments for personal preference reasons, the deposit for the apartment first rented will
stay with that apartment and not convey to the next unless the original apartment is re-rented for the complete duration of your stay.
- A processing fee of 5% will be charged on all cancelled reservations.
- No refunds for interuptions in Free Wi-Fi availability.
- No refunds for late arrival or early departure.
- Check-in time is 3 p.m. We cannot promise early check-ins.
- Checkout time is 10 a.m. We cannot promise late checkouts.
- Most major credit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Discover).
- Rates subject to change without notice.
